Her kitchen is both a creative space and a learning environment, where she shares the experience with her young child, fostering a new generation’s appreciation for baking. In addition to baked goods, The Big Blue Box Bakery is connected to a hobby farm that produces seasonal organic fruits and vegetables, available alongside her breads and treats. Focused on quality, freshness, and simple ingredients—flour, water, salt, and heart—her offerings highlight the benefits of freshly milled grains and naturally fermented, gut-friendly foods.  

Hope in Motion Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing hope, kindness, and connection to individuals experiencing loneliness, hardship, and homelessness. Their mission is to provide basic needs, meaningful resources, and compassionate support while building a stronger, more caring community. For more than seven years, Hope in Motion has delivered "Love Bags" filled with essential items to neighbors living on the streets and now serves approximately 300 individuals each year through outreach and acts of kindness. They also host free Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, ensuring no one has to spend the holidays alone, and deliver hot meals to those experiencing homelessness after each event. Hope in Motion is currently hosting a community-wide shoe drive, collecting gently used shoes to help raise funds for a future community center where individuals and families can gather, access resources, and find support. Every donated pair helps make a lasting difference while bringing hope to those who need it most.
