Meat Me at Matty’s is a Tampa-born smash burger food truck owned and operated by Matt and Kelly—two locals who turned a big dream into an even bigger flavor experience. Over the past few years, Matt discovered a true love for cooking and honed his skills with one goal in mind: building a food business of his own. With Kelly’s drive, heart, and determination pushing that dream forward, the two brought Meat Me at Matty’s to life from the ground up. Known for crave-worthy smash burgers with perfectly crisp edges and juicy, flavor-packed centers, they pair every order with fresh, hand-cut fries made to satisfy. What started as a “wouldn’t it be fun” idea has brewed into something truly special—meet Cafe Betty’s. Founded by Kristen and Berkley, partners in life and business, Cafe Betty’s is bringing heart, purpose, and incredible coffee to the Lutz/Tampa Bay community. After noticing a need for more local coffee culture, they turned a kitchen dream into a passion-driven reality—perfecting every cup through dedication, testing, and love. Named in honor of Kristen’s grandmother, Betty, this business is a beautiful tribute to her legacy and her lifelong love of coffee. Her spirit lives on in every cup—warm, comforting, and made to be shared. From carefully sourced beans to thoughtfully crafted drinks, every detail is intentional. But more than that, Cafe Betty’s is about connection—a welcoming space where community, conversation, and comfort come together. 

Better Together BBQ is a husband-and-wife team from Tampa, Carolyn and Chris, serving up more than just incredible barbecue—they’re sharing a mission rooted in faith, family, and community. The name “Better Together” reflects how they approach everything: marriage, ministry, and business, all built on the belief that life is stronger side by side. Carolyn is the heart behind the operation, bringing warmth, creativity, and genuine care to every customer interaction. Her attention to detail and passion for people help create an inviting, welcoming experience that feels like more than just a meal. Chris is the pitmaster, rising early to tend the smoker and craft bold, flavorful BBQ with precision and dedication. Beyond the food, he’s passionate about creating a space where people can gather, connect, and enjoy meaningful fellowship. Built on prayer, hard work, and love, Better Together BBQ serves each plate with intention—offering not just great food, but a sense of community with every bite.  

Watkins Beef Company is a family-owned Red Angus cattle operation rooted in the rolling hills of Dade City, Florida. What began in 1985 as a young farmer’s first lesson in hard choices has grown into a multi-generation commitment to responsible ranching and exceptional beef. In 2017, the Watkins family introduced Red Angus cattle to their operation and quickly fell in love with the breed’s docility, strong maternal instincts, and outstanding meat quality. At Watkins Beef Company, they believe in being grass farmers first and cattle ranchers second. Their cattle are rotationally grazed year-round on thoughtfully managed pastures that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and sustainability.
