Founded on a vision in 2016 and officially launched in 2023 by Austin Rudd, Chianina Microtopia is a regenerative organic farm rooted in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Guided by a commitment to ecological stewardship and community resilience, we practice regenerative organic agriculture—an approach that rebuilds soil health, enhances biodiversity, and cultivates a thriving ecosystem.
